Zillow Pro market launches to begin in early 2026

Zillow is launching Zillow Pro, a suite of connected tools that integrates Follow Up Boss, My Agent and Agent Profiles into one AI-driven experience designed to help agents "strengthen relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver better experiences for their clients," according to the company's Oct. 15 announcement.

The platform unifies several of Zillow's agent tools under a single system, pairing consumer insights with artificial intelligence to assist with personalized follow-ups and consistent agent branding across Zillow.

At the heart of the new suite is an expanded version of My Agent, which lets agents extend their branded presence across Zillow to their entire contact list — not just leads they've connected with on the site. Agents can now invite contacts from Follow Up Boss into a My Agent relationship, providing insight into what those consumers are viewing and saving on Zillow.

"Zillow is laser focused on helping real estate agents succeed, and with Zillow Pro, we're deepening that commitment," said Jun Choo, Zillow's chief operating officer. "We're building game-changing technology that enhances the essential relationship between agents and their clients — giving professionals the insights, tools, and visibility they need to grow their business in today's market."

Zillow Pro also enhances Follow Up Boss with consumer activity insights, offers upgraded Agent Profiles with media-rich features and adds AI-powered alerts to help agents reach out at the right moment. And as Choo told Real Estate News in September, the company's goal is to support all agents, not just those who are paying customers of Zillow.

Zillow plans to open early access at its Unlock conference in November. Initial market launches are expected in early 2026, with nationwide availability targeted for midyear.

Rechat integrates with Loft47 to streamline brokerage operations

Rechat has announced a new integration with Loft47, a back-office automation and commission management platform. The move aims to give brokerages a more seamless workflow from contract to payout, the companies said in the Oct. 15 announcement.

Deals created in Rechat will now flow directly into Loft47, connecting compliance, accounting and commission functions in one system, according to a press release. "Our integration with Loft47 reinforces our commitment to giving brokerages the flexibility to choose the tools that best fit their workflows," said Shayan Hamidi, CEO of Rechat.

Sasha Hryciuk, founder and CEO of Loft47, said the partnership brings together front- and back-office capabilities to reduce risk and get agents paid faster.

"Partnering with Rechat brings the industry a unified solution that connects top-tier agent tools with the most powerful commission and compliance automation on the market," Hryciuk said. "Broker owners can finally operate with total visibility, from contract to close to payout, while their agents stay focused on production."

The integration automates the full financial workflow from split calculations and deductions to reconciliation and tax reporting, providing real-time visibility for agents and brokerages, the release said.

The Loft47 integration joins more than 60 others recently added to Rechat's platform, including Figma, ChatGPT, Zillow and Realtor.com.

BHHS franchise builds AI search feature: Major portals like Zillow and Realtor.com have joined the AI race with proprietary search tools, and now a Pittsburgh-based brokerage has built its own version. BHHS The Preferred Realty launched its AI-powered home search feature this week, allowing shoppers to use natural language prompts to zero in on the types of properties they're looking for.
